How I work

Three habits I keep

Design the first phase with the client in the room.

Winning a client starts with the initial design of the project, so that part is done together.

Write the story before the code.

Epics, stories and story points give developers a clear target before anyone starts building.

Hold zero tolerance for defects, every week.

A weekly sprint call is where problems get named while they are still small.

The standing ovation I never expected
